St. John's is seeking an Assistant Office Administrator to join our team. This position is 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and follows the school year calendar.

Key responsibilities include:

~Answering phone calls
~Greeting visitors
~Supporting church and school administrative tasks
~Performing general front desk duties as assigned

While prior administrative experience is preferred, it is not required.

St. John's is seeking a full-time Facilities Manager. This is a year-round position.

Key responsibilities include:

~Daily custodial work (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, disinfecting, etc.)
~General maintenance and minor repairs
~Coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed
~Supporting school staff with facility-related needs
~Ensuring the building and grounds are clean, safe, and welcoming

While prior maintenace/custodial experience is preferred, it is not required.

St. John’s Lutheran School and Preschool is looking for caring and responsible individuals to join our team as Afterschool Preschool Aides for the 2025-2026 school year!

Aides have the responsibility of supervising children ages 3-5 years old, serving a light snack, and assisting parents as needed.

Applicants must have reliable transportation, agree to and pass a background check and fingerprinting, and become certified in CPR/1st aid (we will provide applicable training and certification). Hours are 2:45-5:30pm Monday-Friday. Previous childcare experience is preferred but not required. Aides may be eligible for a tuition discount.
