God created us to be instruments with the ability to sing and make music. Students at St. John’s have the opportunity to participate in multiple music activities throughout the school year. Highlights of the year include the Christmas Concert, Spring Musical, and Closing Service in which all students participate.
We offer a band program with group lessons for students in grades 4-8 during the school day. The band performs two concerts throughout the year, one at Christmas and the other at the end of the school year.
There are three chorus groups divided by grade level:
Each choir sings during three of the Sunday worship services at St. John's Church throughout the school year. They also sing at the Christmas Concert, in the Spring Musical, and at the Closing Service at the end of the school year.
